Confinement: what psychological impacts on your employees, your volunteers, and how to accompany them during and after?

How can we better manage our programs, our human resources, our finances? How can we improve the impact of our solidarity actions? International Impact offers free online training courses. Thanks to these webinars, set up with our partners, we improve our actions.

Whether you or your volunteers, your civic services, are alone, as a couple, or even as a family, confinement is a situation that no one is used to living. Stress, emotional fatigue, insomnia, anger, depression… So many symptoms that confinement can cause. According to a study carried out during confinement in China, 1/3 of the people interviewed suffered from high stress. Among those most affected were the elderly, the frail and the 18-30 year olds!

What are the impacts on the mission of your volunteers? How can you support your staff psychologically so that the tele-transmission, but also their physical return to your organisation goes well?
