Stress, emotional fatigue, insomnia, anger, depression… So many symptoms that confinement can cause. According to a study carried out during confinement in China, 1\/3 of the people interviewed suffered from high stress. Among those most affected were the elderly, the frail and the 18-30 year olds!<\/p>\n
