Support youth with MAP Réussite

1  CONTEXT:

The association MAP Réussite, created in November 2011, enables young people between 12 and 25 years old to succeed in their career path and orientation, by offering them coaching sessions to help them become independent, build self-confidence, motivation and organization, workshops to improve communication between parents and children, and internships.

In this way, it provides equal opportunities and encourages young people to increase their self-confidence, find the springs of their motivation by improving their organisation in order to succeed in their projects.

2  MEANS:

MAP Réussite, for Méthode d’Accompagnement Personnalisée, is a network of coaching professionals. It brings together teachers, psychologists, trainers/coaches and family therapists who practice an individualized pedagogy of success. This pedagogy, adapted to the needs of each individual, applies to a strategic period of life (between 12 and 25 years old).

For MAP Réussite all children and young adults must understand that they can succeed. But some don’t know why they work, or how to do it with pleasure and efficiency. The association then helps them to identify their personal driving forces, to become confident, autonomous, and actors in their own life course.

3  OUR IMPACT:

We provide them with a first civic service and we accompany them in the general interest recognition.
