Elodie Sigaud-Chauvin

Passionate about human sciences and graduated of a Master degree in occupational psychology specialising in HR, Elodie SIGAUD-CHAUVIN began her career in recruitment and is now Human Resources Manager for the Nell’Armonia group, a specialist in corporate performance management.   

She works on HR development to support the growth of SMEs in the demanding and highly competitive digital consulting sector, where employee’s loyalty is the key to success. Elodie SIGAUD-CHAUVIN carries out her job with conviction and the desire to place people at the heart of company projects.   

Motivated to use her skills in the world of solidarity, she began by sponsoring skills in NGOs in order to support executives and managers in the implementation of an HR policy. She has been a member of the board of directors of International Impact since its creation.
